Dear Archie

Just had few questions in mind.
Can u pl tell in how many days embryoe is formed after the follicle ruputres .i.e ovulation.
And appr how many days will the embryoe take to implant itself?
If the embryoes does not implant then what happens to it?
And if it implants then does one feel anything like mild pain or discomfort?
If one has conceived r there any symptoms before missing the periods i.e. immediately after impalantation?
Maybe my q sound stupid but im eager to know.

archie replied. implantation may take place withint 5-7 days post ovulation.
fertilized egg can take as much as 3 days to travel through fallopian tube.
it divides mitotically in initial stages and after implantation starts to form yolk sac and amniotic bag, fetal pole before it graduates to fetus (at the end of 7 weeks).
feeling implantation is rare and not very well substantiated, so I won't promise on that.

In practice you are not expected to have any symptoms when you have implantation, except one in 40000 can experience implantation bleeding.

There are a few symptoms but not mandatory to be seen before missing period as they are also similar for expecting period.

if egg is not fertilized it does not become embryo and soon after coming throgh fallopian tube your body senses to stop progesterone production and you get menses on schedule.

If fertilized but for some reason it did not implant there is high chance to get period on schedule or a day to two late. Although it was fertilized difficult to qualify as a miscarriage.

you should buy a basic book that explains what to expect when you expect. This book will have information on how you get pregnant and what happens after ovulation ifyou don't get pregnant.
