hi archie,
we r trying from last 6-7 mnths. can someone tell me what tips i should follow in luteal phase? i try and stay relaxed. any food advice or suggestions?
also can we have sex in luteal phase?
my breasts are latel feeling tender and i am feeling the sensation in the vaginal area that we usually feel when period is about to come.but i dont know for sure if this is cramps or maybe i maybe pregnant?i can only check when my periods date is crossed.
also one thing i observed in this luteal phase is that there was some discharge(CM) like in ovulation time after many days of ovulation. it was comparitively less.
so assuming i may be pregnant, what should i follow?

Avoid hot baths. Don't eat heaty foods. like brinjal, papayas, mangoes, dates, coffee, etc..
Eat cooked food. Drink plenty of water.
Most of all remember to stay relaxed and stress free.
