I am the father of two girls aged 12 and 10.My wife and me has been seperated for last 7 years.Now i am in the responsibilty of bringing up the daughters.Now i feel that i cant look into every matters of teenage daughters.Please give me some suggestions.My teenage daughters ar enearing adoloscence,how can I aquaint them with feminine informations regarding periods, STDs etc.. trina replied. Is it okay if i ask this. If she is in touch then there is no other better possible option. If you have ammicable realtion with her, and can talk, plz request her to explain things to your gals and take active part in the girls life, even if she is in different city.

She can always come down for couple of days, talk on phone or even if the girls can visit her. The best way is to make the mother- daughter relation better, even if it is long distant.

Or else any other close relative is good enough. But no one can substitute their mother, when she is alive.

If you have any female relative who is very close with your daughters, then you can ask her to talk about this matter. Hope it helps
