we have a baby who is 3 months old.we would like to resume our sex life.doctor has suggested progesteron injection to avoid preganancy.i am not to willing to take it.kindly tell me any other safe pill u have used since i am nursing the baby as well

Pills really mess women up. They make you put on weight, cause lot of mood swings and hormonal imbalance and also leads to infertility in some women.

I would suggest Copper IUD. It is supposed to be 99% effective and the copper one last for 8 years but you can remove it anytime if you decide to conceive again. It is a painless procedure. Only side effect is the first 2 days of periods are slightly heavy. I have one for 5 years now.
