My daughter is 2 years and 3 months. She is also very choosy for food. We are in vietnam right now and hence she is not too fond of indian food but likes pasta, noodles etc, rice, fish etc as she goes to an international school and they serve meals there.

But even i want to know, what does your daughter like for eating?

I do mix spinach etc with flour and she likes poori or parantha at times. But food with gravy is strict no for her .

My daughter has completed two and a half yrs this month only. She is also very fussy about eating. I have to work so hard to enable her to eat something.
Very rarely she eats properly. I am very much worried about her.

Hi,
I have a daughter around that age, and she is fussy eater too. Sometimes she eats everything, and somedays she would go without any food for almost a day. I try to give her same food that she likes, so when she hasn't ate anything for a day, next day I would make her favourite food, so atleast she eats something. I think at this age, they are discovering about tests and everything. Try your best to give her as much nutritional food you could. I hope this phase will pass very soon.

Thanks,
