Feeding:Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner ideas for 11month old son

Hi Everyone!!
Please suggest some healthy meal ideas for my 11month olf son. He likes to eat only sweet items. If I try something like rice/dhal or rice/spinach with salt and ghee, he will spit them out and laugh in a funny way. I don't want to force him to eat something, else he will develop a hatred towards his food. I want him to enjoy his meal time.
Currenly I end up adding sugar to everything - in his scrmabled egg, to his rice/moong dhal/vegetable mix, to his vegetable puree etc.
Will there be any problems because of this?
Does any other mommies face similar problems and what do you do for that?

Also, has anyone started giving chicken, liver, mutton, fish. In what form do you give them and what quantities/what frequency?

Thanks.

Most children do that when new foods are introduced. They might develp an inclination for a particular taste...maybe because some mothers sweeten his primary food - milk.

Anyway, one way to teach him to make him a part of your meals. Let him explore what you eat and how, and he might be open to more.

Substitute the sugar with honey / jaggery, and keep reducing the quantity, starting with one meal a day.

At this stage just try boneless chicken stew.

Also, continue experimenting, and be patient!
