Name: Megha Singh i just delivered a healthy baby boy few days ago. i had put on a lot of weight during pregnancy and the baby was also very healthy so the doctor had to make a surgical incision during delivery. at present i am sore due to the stitches...i wanted to know when i can start exercises?
