how are you? I am new to this board. U had suggested sanjana that alternative medicine like yoga or ayurveda would help in conceiving. Can u pls tell me whether yoga help in conceiving. I am planning to for siddha treatment along with yoga. Do let me know which yogasanas did u practice RohiniW replied. I am doing alright. How are you? Alternative medicine like Acupuncture helps when combined with IVF cycle. If you google \";Acupuncture+IVF\"; you will find information about this.

I do not want to mislead anyone into thinking that it is something magical. The truth is; it relieves stress and increases blood flow to the reproductive organs these are two major benifits.

Let me clarify that I did not do Yoga. I did not have access to yoga center which offered this.

Please, do not believe into thinking that you can bypass Infertility or IVF treatement when you do yoga or acupuncture. This is not what I wanted to convey. It works like an aid for the main treatement.

If you are convinced with your research about Yoga please, go ahead I have no knowledge about that so I cannot be of much help there.
