dear friends,
my baby girl will complete her 7 months on april 7th, can i give her egg. many tell to avoid egg white, should i start with egg yolk of boiled egg.pls reply

Hello i'm a mom of 11 months old .I started hard boiled egg at 6 months.I asked docter about this and she said if the baby doesn't have any gas or such type of problems you can give whole egg but make sure you moniter for few days like how the baby is doing, for some kids it might not suite but since then i'm giving my daughter daily one egg even now.....

I started giving egg, around 9 months, and started with a quarter egg yolk. egg white often causes allergy in certain babies.
Boil the egg for a longer period of time.
