Hi All,

My son is 71/2 month old. He is having milk in the morning and then cereals followed by milk and then gerber fruit/ vegetables. He usually dring 5 ounce of milk for one feeding. But now-a-days he is drinking only 3 ounces and then started to bite the nipple .I am just curious to know is this normal for all the babies.

Hi Suda,
Daliya is Porridge in English. It is made out of wheat and meant for morning Breakfast.
Reciepe of Daliya:
Heat one teaspoon of Home Made Ghee in pressure Cooker. Put a Tbl Spoon of Daliya in It and roast it for 2 -3 minutes. Then add a cup of water(enough for it to have 3-4 steams. After that take out the cooked daliya in a pan and add milk, Sugar and crushed cardamom in it. Boil it for 15 minutes atleast.

Suji Ki Kheer:
Heat one teaspoon of Home Made Ghee in a Pan . Put a Tbl Spoon of Suji in It and roast it for 2 -3 minutes. Then add Milk, Sugar and crushed cardamom in it. Boil it for 10- 15 minutes atleast. Cool it and give it to your kid

I think you should start some more solids for your kid and decrease the milk quantity. You can give Daliya, Suji Ki kheer, Chawal ki kheer , mashed banana etc.
