Hello!

I have 15motnh baby and she is on brestfeeding.but right now my breast is very small normal size (kind of flat from front). before prgnancy it was okay and it increase in size when i was pregnant.

please anyone can help me how to be in good shape so it looks good... does any food or special excercise helps too?

what is the reasons it get small?

i am kind of depress i feel i don' t look good to my self and others.... i avoide looking my self in mirror.....

plz plz help me.

our breasts don' t get smaller after delivering a baby but sag a bit after we stop breast feeding. That' s the reason why they appear smaller than before we got pregnant. Now, there is no quick solution to this other than dealing with your body changes after the baby. Also, notice that some ppl have more muscle mass in their breast than others. If you want to know what your breast size would look like before and after the baby then take a look at the women in your own family. You will get an idea. There are cosmetic ways to improve your looks like wearing padded bras and in the extreme going for breast augmentation procedures.

Sorry, there are no special diets or excercises to help you out in this regard. It' s not so bad really cos all women go through this phase. We just have to learn to live with our new shape. It' s no less than a battle to procreate another human being. And these little things like sagging breast, strech marks, saggy tummy etc.. are battle scars. Learn to live with them. Everyone of us does it and so can you. Don' t be bogged down by vanity so much and let common sense and self-confidence prevail. Good luck with everything.
