how can one find out whether she is suffering from hormonal problem.i have gained 20kgs and just don't know how to loose.i can't diet i cannot resist myself from eating.

Get a Gyaene check up done and he/she will prescribe a series of tests to be done to check for hormonal problems. Thyroid tests also can be done.

But you claim to love eating then you must watch what you are eating......Mebbe you are eating all the wrong type of foods.

Consult a dietitian & put yourself on a diet program. Don't just stop eating. Loosing weight suddenly is not good. You have to take care that you should take in all necessary protiens & vitamins. Exercise well and you'll surely loose weight. Good Luck to you!
