Isn't Bertolli's oilive oil meant for cooking? Has the doctor prescribed it or any one recommended it to you. I had heard reviews that Olive oil makes the skin dry and dark.

My son developed excema when he was 1 month old.
He still gets it on and off, but not as severe as his first attack. He is 2 and 1/2 months now and is doing pretty weel. But as we Indians are used to oil massage, I miss giving it to my son due to his skin problem.

Hi Smitha,
Even my son was allergic to all kind of oils when I use to massage him. You can use \";Cetaphil\";. You can get it at walgreens. you may want to try little to see if your child has any kind of reaction to it. It worked for my son.

Hi Chini,

The doctor did not prescribe this particular brand of olive oil. My son is allergic to coconut, sesame and almonds. So I cannot use any of these oil on him. Olive oil seems to work better on him. So Iam using that.

I did allergy testing on him to find out his allergies. Iam near Las Colinas Medical Centre. Where are u put up exactly? My son's ped is Usha Ganesan. Previously it was Elizabeth Dickey.
