My mother in-law spoils my kids. My mother is a disciplinarian so she does spoil but knows limits. My daughter though well behaved turns into a different kid when my in laws come. She becomes very demanding and wants all junk. She does not listen to me and my in-laws gives in to her demands. They spoil way too much may be bcos there are no more small kids. Even if i try to discipline her, she complains to her grandparents and they take her sides. My kid just likes to be with them for they give her what she wants. I think there should be a balance between spoiling and discipline.
