I am glad that the others on this board are getting it finally what I got to know in my one interaction here.
Some people on this post are very opiniated and are under the assumption that what they do is the only correct way of raising the child. What happens is that discourages other to write their experiences and ways.
If one is good at giving advices then one should be good at receiving end to.
Purely my humble opinion.

i dont want to make ne comment on wat you said. But wanted to share with you that no matter how good we get the advices, what matters at home with your baby is what suits your baby..advices are to give a way, not purely follow them !
just my lil words.

Anyways, you are not a mother yet, so try to refrain from telling mothers about who is mean or not. You are not in motherhood boat YET!!!Why don't you enjoy your pregnancy and hang out in NOv2006 board rather than hanging out in group where already have babies for almost a year now. You have a long way to go before you will need kind of advice that you will get here..

As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
