hi my mom is 60 and her cholestrol level is high is there any desi totka or remedy for her cholestrol reduction ??????????????plz help

switch to olive oil.
reduce the amount of oil to 2tsp in the foods cooked.
there is no one way remedy it has to be a controlled balance,my mumy has the same problem and after these general things it came down.
she stopped using coconut in her meals too,chapathis she stopped using oil,no potatoes.
and as ,a told lot fibre.
