Hi all,
Help me Decide as which option is best as to who will look after my 1Yr old daughter.
My working hours are from morning 10.30AM to evening 8.00 PM
Since last 1 Year daughter was taken care by my mother from Mon to Thurs & by my inlaws on fri & on week ends by me & husband.
Now my monther is unable to come to our home & look after her grand daughter(as she was doing for last 1 Year)due to other responsibilities at her place.
There are 3 Options left for us to decide as to who will take care of my daughter.
1. My inlaws are ready to take care, provided i drop in my daughter everyday @ their home (6kms apart - Traffic prone area min 30mins travel time) & pick her in the evening . I feel she is too young to travel everyday & rush her to their home & back to our home in the evening as it has lots of time presuure on me and strain on her(her normal wake up time is 10.00am everything will be disturbed)& i dont prefer that rite now as she is really too young for it. Concerned about her health & physical tiredness.
Option 2 : My mom is also ready to take care on all weekdays @ her place 13kms apart.she would Pick my daughter on Mon, i would visit mom' s place on wed night & leave there on thurs Morning & she would drop her back on friday evevning.Also, my mom had been a good teacher for her in all actions, discipline etc as her learnings are 3months ahead to her age when compared to her presence @ my inlaws place.My Concern is she will be away from us for 3 nights for which my husband is totally against it.
Option 3 : Should opt for a maid @ home full time to look after her. I am totally against it.
& i need not want to opt that.

If anything else, you can suggest or advice kindly help me on that.

I have gone through all 3 options put by you. I will not recommend third(maid) option.
In case i would be at your place I would have opted following option in order of decreasing prioirty:
1. keep child with in laws
2. Keep child with mom
3. Keep child in a reliable creche nearby where child can have a company of children and proper care
