hello friend...

Good to know that U are pregnant..well i advice you to walk atleast 10 minutes in day, also eat hygenic food.. dont forget to drink Protien x , coz it's a really good one..and your baby will be healthy..Eat green leaves or Spinach as much as possible at this time..atleast once a day , try to take Kesar in Milk it results your baby turning to a good colour.
