Hi, I have a daughter,she is 3 and 1/2 months old.My breast milk used to be sufficient until last week,but i could not feed her for 5 days unfortunately and now my milk have decreased.
is there any way to increase them?

Hi,

Don't worry, it happens sometime. If you live in USA you can buy more milk plus. Take plenty of liquid intake. Add fenugreek and aniseeds in your food. If you have a breastpump try to express milk once in 2-3 hours. These things really helped me when i had the same prob. i visited a Lactation consultant too. You'll regain milk supply.
