Feeding:2 year old hates food

Hi, I have a year old who just weighs 10 kgs!! I have tried feeding her in different formats sometimes keeping the plate in fornt of her sometimes force feeding her, nothing seems to work, she plays with the food or completely refuses, I know forcing is bad but giving her food on a plate results only in her playing, I feel she hates food now.Please help urgently with suggestions and recipes
