Hi,
I need an advice on the food that can help to boost sperm count and mortility.

It's been 5 years married but we have not graced with a child yet. Recently doctor found that i has infertility problem.

Can anyone advice me on what are the natural food that will help to overcome my problem.

I know that trans-Resveratrol, a Natural Antioxidant from grapes, 1ncreases sperm count.
- Also, fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, and seeds are good for sperm count and motility.
- Elimination of processed and refined foods (e.g., white flour), junk food, sugars, alcohol, and caffeine.
- Also, you will have to avoid saturated fats and hydrogenated oils (e.g., margarine); you can take olive oil.
- Pumpkin seeds are naturally high in zinc and essential fatty acids which are vital to healthy functioning of the male reproductive system. Eat ¼ to ½ cup a day of pumpkin seeds to help maintain a healthy reproductive system.
