I have started giving whole milk for my 7 months olds. Until 7 months she was completely breast fed baby. when i started her cereals in her 5th month, i used to mix whole milk in ceareals and used to give little milk in the morning. she is active playing and smiley baby. sleeps very well. now i stopped breastfeeding and started giving her whole milk. she used to spit all the formula from her birth and used to cry a lot to take formula.so, she is completely on whole milk now. have anybody of you have done like this and are your kids safe and healthy? she urinates a lot and her stools will be white and sometimes yellow. is that ok if i give her whole milk. i mix 25% of boiled cooled water in whole milk and give it to her. will she be affected to digestive problems,diates or some thing like that in the future.(i am scared abt this only) but rest is fine with her dm replied. pls do consult a doctor ,about the white stool part Tina replied. Are you in US or india? Does whole milk mean cow's milk. If it is, than dr's recommend not giving cow's milk before 1 year. It makes the baby anemic, cuz it's hard for their intestine to digest. Check with ur Dr.

I would recommend u to use formula, if baby spits up, try changing formula's. Or u can use Dr Brown's bottles which reduces spit up's.
