Hi, I am a working mother and want to know how successful mothers manage home and child.. I find by the time i reach home either I m very tired and cant do much to help my child, the way i want to.

I start work early and reach home late evening, I often feel guilty on this. I just need parenting tips to take care on this and help my child better in life.

Since he is just 5, i think it is now that i need to think on this well to bring him up the best way.

It would be better if you can find a job which has regular work timings and where you can get back to home by 6 pm at the least. By doing this, you can spend quality time with your kid like taking him to park, playing with him, cooking for him, meeting his friends etc.
In you have an option of choosing a work location thats close to your house, then thats an added advantage. Also make sure that you plan your weekends very well in advance wrt to your kid and take him to places that interests him so tht he would be happy for 2 days during weekend and stay calm looking forward for the next weekend. Also, i have heard that kids respect moms a lot when they are working .... our only responsibility is to spend quality time with kids whenever possible. It is not the quantity but quality that matters at the end! :) cheers and stay happy...
