Does any one have an idea how do we feed tofu to the baby.Actually our PED advised us to start tofu but i didnt know how to use?Waiting for a suggestion.

tofu-soy based is good since the protein content is very high in this food. I have grilled tofu with some seasoning and had it with burger. Otherwise there is always soy-milk. Hey any form of soy needs to go inside, need not be tofu, try the soy milk.
