I am sorry first of all uncompleted quiry posted to u. My age is 31, and my spouses age 33. And ofcourse my periods r vry regular(30 days) and i dont hv any problem during periods...but just lil uncomfort wth backache, and breast was very tender to touch..bleeding is also normal flow .
We do intercourse regular those days(12 to 19)
And i got operated for overian cysts in last aug also.

And my spouses penetration is good (i could say)
Yes i got that point wt u r saying to me...
My gynic says that do intercourse in 14 day morning of my period and ask me to come clinic and she wants to see through my vegina is my spouses sperm is well moving or not. I think she means that she will take some sperm from my vegina to inject needle ....i mean i understand this.

And she wants to know the bloodgroups RH +/- in both of u. Maybe the blood groups mighting be creating a problem to get conception i think

Any way archie...realy i appriciate u through ur answers..u r helping such with a nice guidence to people who r confused abt things.

Now I am in a position to say a little bit as some clouds have cleared and I could see a little bit of picture.

What's still unclear is that if the ovary is totally unfunctional after srugery. It's not a great concern but have to know. Let me talk about that first: There are types of ovarian cyst, mild to deleterioud. Some of the cysts can be removed by laproscopy, a type of surgery not necessarily affecting ovary function and after removing cyst the ovary can continue producing eggs. In some cases while surgery the function of ovary is affected and thus the egg will be released only from other ovary (each girl has two ovaries and both have propensity to release egg, it's random which one works in given cycle). If one of the ovary is affected then ovulation solitarily depends on another ovary and thereby need a little more time to get pregnant, statistically one must get pregnant in same time as when both ovaries are functional but practically it can take longer to get pregnant for one who has only one ovary functional and these are absolutely normal cases, no concern at all!

Your age is little bit of a factor but not a huge concern. In late 20s fertility tend to reduce but won't get it really hard. However I would not be surprised to note that couple takes more than a year when in their 30s. To me this is very normal.

About your Drs. test, I think now I know what she wants to do, although I did guess but did not wanted to count on my guess as I really did not understand what you meant. She wants to do a pelvic ultrasound to see the status of ovulation and also tubes containing sperm. NO she does not want to take sperm from your tube at this time. But yes if there are no sperms from the test she recommended then she would have to opt for IUI, Intra Uterine Insemination in which she will isolate healthy sperms of your spouse and inject in to fallopian tube to boost chances of pregnancy. Do not get surprised if you have to go for IUI and fails for first 2 trials. typically many have gonethorugh 3 trial and then hit failure or success, there are 50% chances of pregnancy after this test.

Given that your spouse has normal sperm counts, and your cycles are regular of 30 days, I would recommend you no sex before 13th day and intercourse only for CD13, CD14, CD15 and CD16. NO more intercourse. But as said in my previous message do enjoy intercourse and do not think of pregnancy. Tell me how it goes.
