When changing a little girls nappy ...? VERY sensitive question..? how deeply should you clean?
Im sorry i know this is a sensitive topic - please someone help me.

When changing a girls nappy, DO NOT CLEAN EVEN slightly deep. All you should do is VERY GENTLY WIPE FROM FRONT TO BACK.

If you wipe from Back to Front, then germs from the bottom / potty can be transfered to the vagina and cause infection. So, always start wiping from the front to the back, discard wipe, then with the fresh wipe, again front to back.

IMP: When you clean the nappy area, please don' t use pressure, wipe very gently. As gently as you would wipe their faces. No pressure at all. And only clean the vagina superficially. If you try to clean deeper, it can lead to severe infection.
