Hi,

I am on my 15th week..just started second trimester. My nose is always stuffed and I can' t breath from nose during night time, so whole night i breath from mouth which dries my throat...Here in Canada Dr dont suggest anything...any home remedy anyone can suggest!!!

What mala suggested is a great idea, as your body weight is increasing with the growing baby inside of you, your lungs are working extra catching breath, so they are working double time. You need fresh air circulating inside your home. Try keeping the doors open as much as you can since that spring is here and summer to follow. Also, try switching off the heat and see if that helps at all. Have a humidifier in the room where you sleep. Hope this helps. Mala replied. I am very new to this community and I am in my 32 weeks of the pregnancy. Even I have felt the experince of having stuffed nose.
I havn' t taken any medicine but best practice is to clean your nose with warm water everyday before going to bed and drink lot of water.
Try to open window of ur bedrom so fresh air will keep circulating.
