I am not able to sleep during night , its too much of back pain and i keep thinking about the Dday most of the times , has anyone been going through similarly . And i have noticed the discomfort has increased i feel now there is no space near my ribs .

i hv also the same problem i can`nt sleep upto 2 o clock every night and in morning i can`nt stand up in morning. and the whole day i want to sleep but can`nt do i also feel like my baby will come early but let`s see.

take care Avi replied. Same Here Preetu, I was up till 2 am last night, watching tv...cause sitting feels better for me than lying down..
like you I suffer from tons of back ache and the pelvic pain is getting worse too.....and yes, I am anxious too about the Dday.... Simmi replied. Hi Preethu. Sorry to hear of your sleepless nights. I am in the same boat and lying sideways too gives the ribs a killing pain. Plus, baby finds it tougher to move and I feel discomfort in uterus too.

Try eat early and have a gap before going to bed, so that heartburn don't add to the discomfort. Though not tried, have some milk before going to bed, might relax ur body and make sleeping easier.

However, all I keep telling myself is not long to go, countdown started, so be patient. Yes, the d-day thoughts are also not easy to cope with, but try massage and milk before bedtime and maybe ur mind will get distracted to sleep.
