hi,
I am 28 yrs old married with 4 yr kid. Before marriage i was working for 3 yrs. After marriage since i got pregnant immediately , i didn' t go to work. When my kid was 2.5 yrs after long struggle i managed to get back to work. since in my career dificult to get jobs after 3 yrs break. Now i am getting good job offers, but i am in a delicate situation. Should i stay home as how my mom took care of me or to have a good career. I tried to get a part time job , but unable to. I am even confused after having 5 yrs in IT should i switch to teaching job which would help me find time with my kid. I too know it' s not easy to be a teacher...Pls friends help me out...i don' t have any good saheli for myself to talk about...pls guide me....to be a good mom.

I am in the same situation as you today. I went to work as soon as I had my baby. but took a year' s break at 3 yrs. Now my baby is 4.5 yrs. I did a lucrative but stressful assignment since last 6 months. I have some good offers at the moment but I am pulled in two opposite directions. I cant imagine leaving my baby inside 4 walls of day care for the whole day to pursue a career nor can I imagine myself as a full time mom. Part time options are not available and I am in a real dilemma. Family doesnt understand whats the big worry I have here. Hubby says do what you feel best. I am confused :(

i am facing the same sitaution, having a 6 years of working experince, but in dilemma situation whether i should go for teaching option or not.

I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
