my daughter is 5 months old and she has a chest congestion. she got some throat infection when she was 2.4 months old. doc. had given her antibiotics at that tine also and at this time as well.
she has a lot of congestion in her chest(clearly visible when she tries to drink milk or eat something).
are there any remedies for this?
i am not too happy giving her antibiotics again and again.
she is not able to sleep in a flat position,i have to make her sleep on an elevated pillow.
what percaution should i take.
i am working and she is bottle fed on a formula.
i have terrible cold(bronchitis) and the doc. says she catches the infection from me but how do i avoid this.
we are staying in a nuclear family and i have ti look after her. in the night i sleep in another room and my husband looks after her.
please help me, i am worried.

got to know about ur problem which is same as mine . My son is now 1.4yrs old . when he was 5 months old he got phenemonia. and he is suffering with same symptoms now a days . we consulted our doctor , she told us not to bottle feed the child , rather stop giving him milk. Now i give my child dal roti mashed , khichri mshed ,vegetables ,parle milkman biscuits (1 or 2) in a day only and no fruits. I am shocked to see the change in my child. u can help easy nansal congestion by putting on hot shower in the bathroom as stem may easy the baby.of couse be very careful .
