Hi friends!

I have seen many couples on this board who have no problems as far as their reports are concerned but still no luck with concieving! For such couples, i have some Ayurveda solutions for conceiving.

Ayurveda has given positive results in many cases. One of our relative concieved after 9 years with its help (afetr trying out all the possible allopathy medicines).

Try these :
1) Shatavari Ghrut : It comes in semi-liquid from. You get shatavari powder also but here what you nedd is the GHRUT, which looks like pure ghee. Its actually shatavari mixed in pure ghee. Take 1 teaspoon two times a day after food for as long as you can. It is also good after you concieve.

2) Ashwagandha powder : Take a glass full of milk and mix 4 teaspoons of Ashwagandha powder in it and bring the mixture to a boil. Then keep it on slow fire till the mixture becomes half of its original level. It will thicken. Take this mixture early in the morning (after you get up). And you shouldn't eat anything after that for about half an hour.
