Hi all,
It's been long since I visited this site. My 14 months old daughter has become very independant and likes only home made foods. Please give me some home recipes for her that include paneer, cheese or tofu. Please suggest me the milk I can give her, right now she is on Vitamin D milk. My husband advises me to give her Organic whole milk. which is best for children's growth? Pl. share your views and give me some advice.

looking forward for your replies.

well.it is just like any other parantha....
1) like u make chappati..take more flour (1.5 times of regualr chappati) than that as parantha is thicker.
2) first just use belan to make it like chappatti..but not too thin..keep it on thicker side...then put paneer filling on top of that and cover it from all sides..it will look like ball.with paneer stuffing...make sure it gets closed properly from top...just seal it with flour well...like u make any samosa..then use belan and flatten it out using sukha flour..and then just cook it like chappati..and when it is getting done..add ghee on both sides...
that's it..it should be ready then. Hopeur kid enjoys it too.

Hi,

I make paneer at home and put some basic spices like bhuna jeera, kali mirch, salt and make a stuffed paneer parantha for my son who is abt 11 mo old. Can fry it ghee and give with curd and butter. He loves it very much.

For milk, we go for organic whole milk. I know people who use both whole milk normal and others who use organic so it is ur choice.
