Name: 1newbee hi i took the OPK test and there is a surge. Does that mean ovulation is to take place in the 24-48 hrs or it hs taken place ? bcz my BBT is rising from 2 days.. i'm confused using both methods.can anyone help & en take further stps

Hi!

If your DH's sperm count is good then intercourse everyday is fine...if it is not ok...then every other day would be better as the sperm needs time to rejuvenate.

Also remember to elevate your hips (with a pillow) for 20 min after intercourse. This will help the sperm get to where it needs to go...
