Feeding:how much milk shd a 5 mth old drink?

my daughter is 5 months old and the doc. has put her on 3 semi solid feeds of nestum/cerelac/fruits. how much milk should she be normally drinking with all this?
I am worried as the milk intake has gone down remarkably?
please do reply back.

Hi Pratibha,

Usually kids diet increases by 1 oz every month..so it should be abt 4-5 oz every 3 hrs.

Hi Pratibha,

My 5 mnth son is too on a similar diet. He is breastfed & feeds 4-5 times a day .. i cant say abt the qty he drinks but he is at the breast for abt 5-10 mts .. sometimes falls asleep there too !! Whici i am now trying to change.
