she looks chubby n cutie. My Son too got Earinfection cold cough etc when i was in India n lagging behind in weigh gain other wise hhis actvites r fine.Still infection is there in one of the ear.take care n dont worry as long they r active n smiling nothing to worry for gradually she will gain weight.

As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
