Thanks for ur reply. I am sorry if i have taken u for granted. I didnt want a suggestion on how do i make my husband understand. Let me reframe my question. In one reply you have mentioned to make love 2-3 days before ovulation and on ovulation day and not after that. I really wanted to know the reason why not after ovulation?
I asked this question, since I am not sure when i ovulate, although in my ovulation study it said i ovulate on 16 day, but I am not sure its the case since, so many years my cycle was 26 days and suddenly its changed to 30-31 days. Also i notice a brown discharge 2-3 days before i get my periods.
I have read that when one ovulates, they wud see a white cervical muscuss which is clear and 2-3 threads, i noticed in on my 9 day(as u had predicted) and also on 16 day, i am not sure when i ovulated. So i was desparate to know the reason. I would tell my doctor the problem next time i visit her. But i want to be ready with my questions, since i feel she will give attention to my case, only if I ask for it. I dont have anyone else whom i can ask all this except you.

You are not the only girl here who is stressed and I know half of here suffering with \";unexplained fertility\"; would be suffering or fighting infertility due to stress created by themselves.
I have been consistant saying to everybody that stress is an enemy of ttc so do not harbor and those who have listened have got pregnant and sailing pregnancy boat happily. I am not saying I make miracle but I know often it's important to let couple know that when all tests are normal there is nothing to worry and just enjoy intercourse -leave the rest to Ganapati or your God you believe in.

I am strong at times when I feel I have to be and does not mean I am upset on person. I try to be simple with my words initially and then I try to be little different as I consider if she has some respect to me and herself will understand reason behind me using strong words. This may be sufficient to alleviate your concern on if I was upset on you or not.

True but I usually do not like people saying \";archie please respond to my query on so and so date\";. I believe instead writing this line they could paste their old message and before that add a line that \";archie I am pasting this once again so that I get your attention\";. This is because I find sometime hard to scroll down and look for particular message. It's hard because I spend some time to answer queries while I am also at my work.

Why to avoid sex after ovulation?
Mainly because egg has life of 12 hours the max is 24 hours. The sex following ovulation is not going to help you on ttc process and is merely pleasure. At time if you are enjoy intimacy with some adventure then there is some chance that you may do something to fertilized but not implanted or nacently implanted embryo. Just because people on this board are struggling hard to get pregnant and practically sex after ovualtion is waste on this process I suggestion people to have sex only 2-3 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation. I am certain that trying for months to year has brought you to stage where you can remain abstained from intercourse for a few weeks in each cycle:)

About your EWCM. Twice noticing is unusal. But CM can get affected from your body temperature, if you are stressed or running minor temperature which is not even enough for you to notice.
