i have a 5 month old daughter.when she was born, she had lots of hair.now everything is gone & she is pretty much bald.i feel so bad to see that.i dont have my mom, & i dont know whom to ask about this.
my baby' s head was completely covered with silky hair at birth, but now i can only see her scalp.we live in a very cold area, so i hardly gave her head bath as i was scared if she catches cold or fever.is this because of the less head bath i gave?
what should i do to get her hair back?how many times a week should i give her head bath?any products,oil should i apply which is good for babies hair?i live in US.please suggest some tips & products to improve her hair.
plz help

Please do not worry about your baby' s hair loss.she will surely get hair when she grows up.especially when you shave her head after a year or so hair will surely grow back.
Iam from kerala living in US Michigan.in my tradition we apply coconut oil to hair and massage with baby oil to body.I bathe my baby 4 times a week,once a week with shampoo.You can contact your pediatrician about this.she will have better ideas for you.i never used anything other that Johnson and johnson products.
I just wanted to say this.dont be so much alarmed for this,Consult your pediatrician before doing anything new to your baby.immedietly after bath completely towel dry your baby' s head with soft dry towel gently.she wont catch cold very easily unless someone or other child has a cold at home.
