I am gonna hv a baby in a weeks time thru c-section.There will be no one else wz me apart from my hubby.
I wanna know,what additional care sd I take and the foods which are good and bad during this time.Anything that I can prepare from before.I hv alrdy made Pinnies.I am really worried whether we will be able to manage on our own.
Will I be able to give massages to my baby immediately?
Do i need to get massages done to tone my tummy and when can i start getting these massages?
Lotsa questions.....awaiting replies.

As far as i know if u have C-section doctors dont advice u to eat ghee.So i guess u will have to go really slow on ur pinnies.You should be on lot of good nutritious food( a typical Indian food is great -- with one sukha sabje one dal , raita and salad and green leafy vegetables) u should also include some nuts into ur diet.U can have badammilk every day(that will keep ur hemoglobing good).I dont think u should make anything in advance and keep.U should make fresh food and eat.If can afford keep a cook for a month.So that u have some rest.
Yes u will be able to give massage to ur baby.But i think it is not adviceable to get a message urself after c-section.U can confirm it with ur doctor.
U will have to be very careful about the stitches.Dont pickup weight etc.
