Can you tall me how often I feed my 9 months old son. I use to give him baby serial in the morning,vegetables+little rice +dhal for lunch & dinner. Youghet & fruits in between,milk about 20 ounces per day in between. Is this ok or can you tell me a better menu.

My baby is of the same age. What I have done is introduced him to mashed phulka with lil milk or at times mashed in moong dal water( moong dal cooked..take its water...add pich of salt..lil pure ghee if you want)
Ive also given him half boiled egg...lil first then gradually increase.
You can also add some vege's in the rice when making his khichadi.
No oils and masala's and keep the vege's to just about a bean..leaf of palak or cabbage leag..or slice carrot...so on
