Hi All,

I hope u r all getting ready & excited as ur due dates r approaching...I have getting irregular contractions frm friday which was really really unbearable...my whole back & lower abdomen was tightening like a hell,i couldnt even breath r put my feet up.as i know the contrax were irregular i didnot call up my doc i wanted to wait till it becomes regular..but to hell with the lower back ache it never relived me ..at one point i thought i am not going to do this anymore..yes'd i had my doc's appt & she checked my cervix & said that she cud feel the baby's head & cervix has started to thin..thatz the reason i was in that much pain i guess..she also made us alert it cud be anytime now i dont think u will be going until ur due date..now that it will be anytime soon,i am getting more & more scared as i got tons of work to be completed be4 she arrives...now due to pain i can hardly get up frm bed even to restroom,i dont know how i am going to get things done...just thought of sharing it..hey sumana congrats on ur baby boy & Disha all the best ,u will be in my prayers...

Hi
Even I had false labor and don't worry. My doc said thats our body's way of preparing for childbirth.Even I have pain in the vagina area because the baby's head being down there.
But don't worry u might have still plenty of time. But just be prepared incase it happens.
And the pain will be there till u deliver. When I get up from bed or turn sides while sleeping it hurts so much.
But since nothing is there to reduce the pain and the pain is a sign that the baby has dropped I just try to ignore it.
So take rest and let others do the work.

Hi ashra,
Please don't worry.Only few more days, after that we will be free from all these things. When i went to the doctor day before yesterday i asked her about the false pain. She asked me to drink lots and lots of water. She said that it will reduce the false pains. She told that my urine must turn clear. So try to drink lots of water.More over you try to do the breathing tech taught in the lamaze class.Try to relax don't panic.Take rest as much as you can.Don't worry about the work to be done.you have many people to help u.So let them do all the work.If you try to do it yourself then you will end up in such false pains.Okay take care and all the best.
with love from
kals

Hi ashra

Long time since u posted message. Take rest now and let ur husband /aunt go ahead with the things u need to prepare for and do the essentials don't go overboard. Reserve ur energy for delivery.Don't worry u will be fine..Be positive and calm. All the best. Take care.
