Hi all,
I have a 11 month old baby...I had put on 12 kgs after my delivery through c-section.i have managed to lose 3kg now by totally avoiding ooily foods n sweets...i have to loose at least 8 kgs..also have lower tummy..i tried crunches but i get a slight pain in my stitches so stopped it...i weigh 64 kgs now...before pregnancy i was 56...Please advice me on how to lose weight n my tummy..

If crunches hurt, do a lot of walking this helps oh and btw breasfeedign burns calories, and also carring that little bundle of joy will give you great arm form. Start by walking alot and as your stiches heal go onto crunches and such.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water.

Good luck!- oh no soda, sugary drinks and such.

you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
