Hello Everyone,
I am in 14th week. Currently my problem is that by evening due to work at office and home my back startes paining. I do take rest by putting some pillows behind my back. But when I go to sleep.. I usually sleep towards left with a pillow below my stomach. But later on I wake up sleeping on my back. This is happing quite frequently. Hence I am not get very good sleep at night also I am sleeping on my back...
Is there any solution for this... Other then the above problem I dream a lot, that too not only one dream but 2 to 3 different one. Other day I had a dream where my Husband's family has prepared a Divorce papers against me.. and it says that we are no more husband and wife. So my mother and I leave that place and go to some temple... there was much more.. but could only remember this much.

Hoping that others don't have this kind of problem.

luv

Hi Ammy,
Dreams are normal during pregnancy. If this is ur first one, then ur underlying insecurities will come forth as dreams. I had dreams about losing the baby as my pregnancy was complicated. Now, this is my second one and I barely feel that I have slept, leave alone dream!!! Think positive thoughts. For back pain, use a body pillow, u get one specially for pregnancy. Try to listen to some relaxing music before going to sleep, take a warm, gentle shower. U can use aromatherapy scents like lavender, chamomile etc. If u like instrumentals, try the nature series, they have music of mountains, desert, rivers, seas etc. I found mountains very soothing and relaxing. Hope this helps... good luck!!!
Luv, Siya

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
