Subject:  reasons for not responding

Dear Poo,
I did not respond your previous message becasue I did not think it's essential to explain everything, the suggestions were made and it's up to you to take them or not. I don't get enough time to answer every question people ask. Although I try my best to answer queries those I think are important and need my assistance. Getting answers to convince your husband is something I can't do. For that your best bet is OB/GYN and he can speak to him/her. If you tell my suggestions you will confirm that these are valid suggestions or it may be that your gynecologist will offer you same advise as I did. I am certain your husband won't question a gynecologist when suggestion is made.

Second time I did not reply because you already got reply from girl here. Unless the response was wrong I would not interfere. True that the message was for me. But I would suggest you to take folic acid in any event whether you have mouth ulcers or not.

Folic Acid is not a Vitamin B but it's precurssor in biosynthesis of Vit B12 and some other Vit B complex.

Getting mouth ulcers could be many reasons not necessarily depletion of vitamin B. However suppliment of vitamin B would help recovering ulcer. Mouth ulcer could arise from heat generated in your body, if you are stressed over some aspect. mouth ulcer can also occur if you do not get proper sleep or late night awake. It will be also due to excess caffine intake, tea/coffee.

Take complete milk, vitamin B Complex (available in pharmacy).

No, mouth ulcers won't interfere your conceiving process, that's for sure.

Taking folic acid at 1 mg per day is very important while ttc. This is going to help your pregnancy (if happens) to develop nervous system in better way. Not taking Folic Acid does not mean any problem either.

Eat whole grain food. Do not eat bleached flour. Eat home made completely cooked meal. Try to include poultry, dairy and green vegetables in your diet. Everyday eat fruits.

Sorry to bring but you are awfully stressed over issue and as long as you harbor stress it will make difficult for you to get pregnant.

Archie
