Weight Loss:getting back pre- pregnancy weight

I would like to lose my pregnancy weight in the right manner. I have heard slower the weight loss, the better it is . Is this true? How much time do I need to get back to my pre-pregnancy shape? What are healthy alternatives for quick pregnancy weight loss?

Starting a diet too soon after giving birth can delay your recovery and make you feel more tired. if you' re nursing, then dieting can affect your milk supply. give your body a chance to recover and you will be surprised at how much weight you lose naturally,slow weight loss is the ideal way to go

Your body needs time to recover from labor and delivery. Give yourself about six-weeks time before you start watching your calorie intake while actively trying to slim down. if you' re breastfeeding, then you must wait until your baby is at least 2 months old before you try to lose weight.
