Problems in School:Quiet infant turned rebellious youngster

hi! I really really need your support and views.

My son who is now three and three quarters of age is being stubborn, rebellious and highly provocative in his behaviour. As a toddler he was a calm, quiet and non-problem kid. After his second birthday, he has transformed. There is a destructive tendency in him. He loves to throw things down and experiment by breaking them.

He started speaking very late (only after 3 years). He is unable to relate to children of his age, though he wants to play with them, he doesn't know how to mix with his peers.

Even at school, he is unable to behave, always getting into a skirmish with other children.

However, he is highly creative, imaginative and intelligent. He is able to identify all the cars, he sings rhymes, he loves outdoor like running.

But my major problem is he is not able to sit inside the class and pay atention to the teacher. There are comments from his teacher that he suddenly shouts in the class and bangs on the table. He does not participate in class activities like colouring, sorting, painting and the like.

I don't know how to make him understand and help him differentiate between right and wrong. I am at crossroads, as to how to tackle a kid of his nature.

Please respond.
