I m from July05 board.
Howz u and Advait doing?
Krish is doing fine. I have started to give him rice cereal and vegetales(gerber).
Now a days i think he gets very hungry. Actually i give him 2table sp of cereal in the morning and little bit of gerber vegie in evening.
should i increase the quantity of Cereal and veggie? or should i give him formula everyday?
i give him formula once in a while.

hey one more question ...i used to pump right breast 2 times in a day... now i do only one time at night ......but now a days i see that milk comes very watery(first 6 onces)then rest 4 -5 onces comes ok. so what u think?
is this ok to pump only once in a day?

Archie he doesn't have any routine of feeding and sleeping....sometimes he drinks 2 -3 onces in 3 hurs and he gets hungry after 1 hur...i donno what to do. everybody in India say that feed himm in every 3 hrs otherwise his habbit will be spoiled.
so Please suggest me what should i do?

about your breast milk: It's normal to see some watery appearance of milk in first few ounces. Why did you stop pumping twice or switched to pump only once? Is it because you started to nurse directly more often? If that's the case then it's OK to pump once a day but if that isn't the reason then let me know and will speak later on that.

you should put an habit to Krish to drink/eat on time. This is in best interest of him as well as you. This will help him growing better and you to understand his hunger.

at this age he can drink as much 5-6 onces after each 3 hours.

You can provide formula if required.

Krish is hungry because he does not get same amounts of nutrients from solids so it will be a game until you know how much he needs. Try to keep feeding habits on time.
