hi!! howr u all doing!! thanks for ur replies regarding the opk!
i got the ovulation test positive yesterday. i was so relieved..its no guarantee for pregnancy but at least i know that im ovulating. called hubby to be home for lunch so that we could try. i read on some site that its better to have sex in the morning or afternoon rather than evenings for conception. its been a long time...
saturday..we went to a get together...as usual all families had kids..the only one other than us who didnt have a kid was pregnant!! i really dont like going to such places...
veena, u once said u dont go anywhere...what excuse do u make if someone invites u? i really want to do that..but i cant find any excuse to avoid it! and hey, im going to my bil's house who stays in a studio apartment. so there is no chance of conceiving during vacation! :-) (although hubby once commented that if i test positive during our vacation, he will ask BIL to go around a bit so that we could have some time alone to conceive his nephew!!) silly husbands!!
now i can drink as much water as i want. earlier i had to restrict it so that my urine doesnt get diluted and so that i could hold it for 4 hours!
hi sanjana!! wot made u change ur name? the complete image of urs changed in my mind now when i think of u..kareena kapoor of 'main prem ki deewani hoon' comes to my mind!! u can share the reason if u feel free!!
parul, u havent tried opk as yet? try it. its very easy. and having sex randomly just assuming that u might be ovulating is a pain. but when u know for sure...its much better.

Congratulations on your ovulation (i'm so excited for you as I need to use injections to trigger ovulation)..you'll definetely give us all good news in two weeks. enjoy your vacation and be relaxed. Your actual implantation will happen after 8-10 after your ovulation. So he happy and cool.
You asked me about outings..I just say my husband is busy with office work. That is the standard excuse I've been giving for the past two years. You know, people actually ignore you when you go out for such parties because they are busy feeding their kids and talking about them. I'll be the only one standing there without knowing what to do. But we start losing all our friends and now i'm afraid even if we have a baby, the baby might not have friends as either we would have lost them or their kids would be older than our baby. You know all my friends are having second babies. Mu husband says I'm thinking too much and that we should first worry abt having the baby and then about the rest.

And i have to say, though i would've been embarrssed to in your position but i would let my hubby tell his brother to go out for a bit so that we can try to concieve his nephew. I know mine would be off before you can say Jack Robinson, coz u know what, even they look forward to a new addition in the family.
