I am waiting for ur reply.
I was going thru the board and have seen ur replies for Sachi. I really appreciate your help. The help that ur providing us to come out of this difficult situation.
I would like to ask one more question. I get ulcers in mu mouth I think that is due to deficiency of Vitamin B. can this be one of the reason for not conceiving..I read on some site FOlic acid is essential for pregnancy. folic acid is also kind of Vitamin B. Should i start taking folic acid rich food. If yes could you suggest me some. Have read abt beans, sprouts.
Are all beans and sprouts rich in folic acid.
Also..is making love everyday harmful? Should we abstain from love making 2-3 days before ovluation? Please advise.

hi!!!
u asked archie but i couldnt help replying..u need not take folic acid rich food. just get folic acid 5 mg tablets from the pharmacist. and have one everyday if u r trying to conceive. i dotn think u can get much folic acid from food!! the ones that im taking come by the name 'folvite' and my doc prescribed them. i have been having them for the past year and a half. its perfectly safe. but for ur peace of mind u better talk to doc!

Are u in US, well I am in Inida, will i get folvite in India, mumbai?
Also..when i was surfing net i came across a medicine called OVULEX which i think is available in US. Did any one of u guys tried it. did it work.
If it works then I would ask my friend from US to send me some. Please Let me know thanks again.
