I have recently been blessed with a little angle my daughter.I have been a part of Indiaparenting from past one year soooo hear i m again to help and seek help from all u friends.

Actually , she is 40 days old and from past 15days we have noticed baby acne on her whole body.She doesn' t have any allergies.We asked the doctor here in USA about this...but she said that its normal procedure.

We are really worried about her..can anyone suggest some renedy.Acnes are very small oce and r specially on the neck.

Thanks Ramya and Mandeep,

I need one more help from u guys as u r more exp. than me..my daughter applies too much pressure for passing gas..she doesnt have a sound sleep,she keeps on moving thru her sleep sometimes and passes gas after evry 5 min.

We r giving her ajwain , sauf ,hing ,milicon drops and even gripe water in a day.And cud u plz recommend a brand for gripe water??

hi dear,

eshitah is fine.my god i get tired by her pranks.she is full of energy in short u can tell toofan mail.but she is my darling.

about gripe water i dont have any knowledge of what u get in us.coz i get my daughters required small medical kit from india itself.so evn gripe water i bought from india.try if anyone is cumg from india who can get for u.
and for massaging u can use sarson ka oil or if u get coconut oil it is very gud.evn if not these thn u can use almond oil or olive oil.but thy tell if v use olive oil skin gets darkened.
i use pure coconut oil for my daughter.its gud for their hair also coz evn am crazy of my daughters hair.not long but has cute curly hair.

regarding gripe water WOODWARDS gripe wter is gud,evn of HIMALAYA u get gud gripe water.and pls try to avoid ajwain as ur baby is too small for it.

Yes Amol walks but around furniture etc. he tryed to walk unaided from last week but can' t manage more than one or sometime 2 step.

Hi,

Baby gets acne at this stage,my son too had acne on his face when he was one month old,so don' t worry.no need to apply anything on the skin , coz this time skin is so sensitive,it will go by its own.

aaaaaaawwwwwwwww Eshitah is a lovely name. How is she feeling today? I had a sleepless night thanks to amol.I think he is teething oooodear.he even has dropped his food intake but at last teeths r coming hahahah. We have not plan anything here yet or may be i will invite next door kids ,we r flying to India in march so going to have Religious ceremony which will start on 21st macrh till 23rd n then 24th evening we have booked banquet hall for Amol' s first birthday.So i am looking forward to that very much. My whole inlaws family is here but all r busy ( as u can imagine) plus we dont have any good indian resturants on this part of scotland n if we invite our scottish friends then they look forward to indian food and i can' t cook for that many people.so india is best place to hold party where u just go eat n come back,that' s wot i like.

Thanks dear yes that' s the one my little money. even i joined this site about couple of months ago. And as a first time mum and recently gone through all the worries these little naughty babies give us and amol will be one next week, so have a little experience to share with others.nice to know i can be helpfull heheheheh.
tell me about your self n your baby/baby name, where u live etc etc.
keep in touch. i am going to get ready now as i have to take Amol to his first Bounce and Tickle class.Hopefully he will enjoy there, actully i am more excited then him as u can guess.

Dont worry about hairs love they will go in coming months.My own son was born with quite a lot of hairs but i never use any thing to get rid of them they just went away themself. hahahah we all use to call him lil chimp, there is his photo in the birth announcement scroll down at indian parenting home page n u can see baby name amolpreet that' s him and his forehead is full of hairs.He is 3 days old in that piccy. He will be 1 next thurday n now is forehead is clear of unwanted hairs. I have always used almond oil to do massage but your LO is only 40 days old so wait till she is 6 weeks old then u can gentaly start doing the massage.

My son also had acne all over his face so we took him to Dr' s as u can imagine( we live in UK) so we were told its hormonal change in baby, cos at birth n be4 birth they have more of there mum hormones but once baby is born, so there own hormones start taking place in there body n in due course everything will be fine n then in couple of month or may be slightly more his face was all clear.
be4 we went to dr. my mum use to make sure that once baby had finished his feed she use to sponge clean him on chin area n use to tell me also to make sure that any milk which is left on baby skin should be cleaned cos they can cause ance. So u can make sure that u clean her neck etc after feeding as while drinking some milk must be dripping down her neck.

I will definitely make sure to clean her mouth after feeding.And i hope she will be fine soon.

One more thing, she has lot of hair on her body??Is this normal??Any sugg. what to us eon her sensitive skin.
