My dear husband just told me he will be supporthing his nephew with the education expenses. The nephew is a high school drop out, 19 years old, can't hold a decent job. My husband talked him into going back to school and volunteered to pay his tuition. I understand the fact that he will be helping him to get on the right track, however; he did this withiout consulting me and while we are struggling with bills. Ahhhh I am soooooooooo upset right now. Do you think I should say something. The nephew is all excited about this and is willing to go back to school!!!

Y we all earning money ,if not spent in goog deedS?
So,do u have any kids?!

His mistache is not consulting u b4 deciding on his own...He did it because of the feeling u might avoid him in doing so...
So dont let ur hubby know, that u didnt like helping that boy..which results u loose his trust.

So just praise hs decision .Probably if it's not affordable he wouldn't haven taken that decision. So let him take care of financial dealings..U live ur life with peace and happiness..

Dont over think on it.It might get u bad image in relations...Take care dear!!

Yes , I understand! Any wife get hurts ,if hubby doesn't take our opinion b4 commiting anything...

But,Dont say anything now..But later u just tell hinm to commit anything only after discussing with you...Because u got hurt badly with recent thing(convey it smoothly but firmly ! ) Best of luck!

i appreciate your resposne. i think you are right. i should be happy that he is contributing to a good cause. the only thing upsets me is that he should have consulted with me instead of telling me he is doing this. we both work and have one account where both of our money goes to. so at least as a courtesy, he should have consulted with me first. its not like we have tons of money. we are struggling as it is already.
